1)室内解冻至少1小时

2)不用掀盖直接放入蒸笼蒸 25分钟

     或  

     不用掀盖铝碗放入锅内水煮 25分钟

 

1)Thaw in room temparature for at least 1 hour

2)  Steam directly in the steamer for 25 minutes

                                or  

      Boil in water for 25 minutes
