大夥撈得開心,吃得健康
主材料:
青紅蘋果,水翁,水梨,水蜜桃,紅石榴
炸蟹柳,黑白芝麻,檸檬
可替換或無的拌材料:
迷你紅菜頭, 芽菜苗,紫包菜絲,鮮三文魚片
做法:
青紅蘋果,無須去皮保持鮮豔顏色,切幼絲
水梨,去皮,切幼絲
水翁切片
水蜜桃,切薄片
迷你紅菜頭切薄片
紫包菜切幼絲
以上材料分開泡鹽冰水至脆口,瀝乾
(1盆水加1tsp鹽和大量冰塊
可避免蔬果氧化變黑)
依照自己喜好排入盤內
擠入檸檬汁,淋上撈生汁後撒入炸蟹柳芝麻即可
