瑞熙可以提供海外运输吗? 

  • 我们暂时只提供运输服务至东马和西马

我的货品什么时候会送出呢?

  • 我们使用 Pos Laju, DHL 或 EasyParcel. 当货品从我们的公司出发后,您会在3至5个工作天里收到货品.
  • 若您想要在当天发货, 请在当天的上午10时下单. 若在当天的10时后才下单,那么货品将会在隔天才寄出.

为何我的物品没有在常规的时间出货?

  • 在某些突发的状况下您的物品有可能被延迟出货. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

  • Right now we are only able to ship online orders within West and East Malaysia.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • We ship all orders via Pos Laju, DHL or EasyParcel. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, your order will arrive at your door in 3-5 business days or less. 
  • Your order needs to be purchased before 10:00 am for same day delivery. If your order purchased after 10:00 am for next day delivery.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT IN THE STANDARD TIME?

  • There may be some delays when there is a sudden, large influx of orders. Do bear with us as we could not fulfill next day delivery promise due to massive orders and transaction and availability issues.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • When your order is ready to ship, our warehouse packs the order, and then creates a Pos Laju, DHL or Aramex tracking number which can found at your order that same day or next day. If you do not get a tracking number, please email us at admin@ruixiliangpin.com or whatsapp us and we will provide you with one.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

  • In the rare case this might happen, your request needs to be emailed to admin@ruixiliangpin.com within 3 days from date of delivered. Kindly provide us a photo of the defect, damage or wrong item as a proof in order to proceed with a replacement and email us the Refund Application Form with the following format below:

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN / EXCHANGE AT PROMOTION PERIOD?

  • No. Items bought during promotional or seasonal events are not accepted for returns and exchanges.
